Can I change or cancel an order after I've placed it?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet, you can request cancellation or change your shipping address. Contact us immediately using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

No, you can also purchase as a guest.

What are the shipping costs?

• Italy: €5.99 (free shipping over €49.90)

• European Union: €12.99 (free shipping over €100)

What are the delivery times?

• Italy: 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday)

• European Union: 2-7 working days (Monday to Friday)

• Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship to Italy and other European Union countries.

How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.

We make every effort to process orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (except Sundays).

How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

How do I start a return request?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After receiving and verifying the return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Can I exchange one item for another?
Yes, you can return the item and place a new, separate order.

What type of fiber are your extensions?
We offer multiple types of synthetic extensions. Each type is carefully described in the product description, along with usage suggestions and other tips.

Can I use heat on fibers?
It depends on the type of fiber: some are low-temperature and can withstand temperatures up to 90-95 degrees Celsius (hot water setting), others are heat-resistant up to 200 degrees Celsius. Check the product description.

How to maintain extensions/dreads?
We recommend washing them gently and storing them in a dry place.

Are the fibers ready to use?
Yes, but you can customize them according to your needs.

Yes, we use certified systems to ensure maximum security.

Can I pay on delivery?
