Returns within 14 Days

Our returns policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Not be worn or used

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in the original packaging

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

Refunds

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
